Right - getting back to that Marathon

Alright - lessons learned - don't get sick the month before the Marathon.  Ugh.  Well - on to the next one.  What else health and fitness-wise?  A whole season of Dodgeball!  Seriously - might have been the most fun sport ever.  I mean - totally ridiculous jumping around like that - but waaaay fun.  What's next?  Kickball starts up in a couple and then of course there is Soccer - I think I'm about to miss the first game of the soccer season though thanks to work travel.  Oh well.  Soooooo - back to running - and calorie burning.  Maybe I'll post burn counts every day here.  Should be an interesting thing to reconsider afterwards.  Just how many calories do you need to expend to have a serious affect.

BTW - Wii Fit?  Great for developing balance.  Measurable results after only three uses.  How ya like them apples.
